How Qualyy scores a product
A score out of 100 adding up 6 criteria: Nutri-Score, additives, Eco-Score, processing, organic and palm oil.
The Qualyy score is the same on the website and in the app. It adds up 6 criteria:

| Nutrition | The official Nutri-Score, refined by its detailed score (estimated by Qualyy if missing). |
| Additives | Each additive takes away points according to its risk level. |
| Environment | The Eco-Score: the product’s environmental impact. |
| Processing | From unprocessed (NOVA 1) to ultra-processed (NOVA 4). |
| Organic | An official organic label. |
| Palm oil | Its absence. |
Rules that cap the score
- A high-risk additive caps the score at 49.
- Without nutrition values, the score is capped at 60.
Reliability
When a piece of data is missing, the criterion counts for half and reliability drops: high, medium or low. Open the score details on a product page to see each criterion.
