How Bogeton chooses

3 reminders a day at most, at least 1 h 30 apart, between your wake-up and bedtime. The ones that help you most stay. Texts are written with today’s numbers and update every time you log a meal.

What you can set

  • Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner. Bogeton learns when you usually eat and reminds you a little later if you haven’t logged anything (“Around 12:30 usually · reminder at 13:15”). A reminder that rarely helps pauses on its own.
  • Your day: the streak to keep in the evening, a weigh-in after a week without one, water in the afternoon if you drink little, today’s workout, Your evening (earlier dinner or bedtime on evenings when it helps your recovery).
  • When you’re away: one reminder a day at most.
  • Weekly review: a notification on Monday morning, and by e-mail if you like.
  • Qualyy: recalls of products you scanned.

The list of upcoming reminders shows what’s planned, with the time.
