Cancel or change plan
It’s all done from your Apple or Google account, in two taps; Plus stays open until the end of the paid period.
On this page
Your subscription is managed by the store that charges it. The quickest way: Account › Subscription › Manage my subscription, which opens the right page.
On iPhone
- Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Tap Bogeton.
- Cancel Subscription, or choose another plan.
On Android
- Open Google Play, tap your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
- Tap Bogeton.
- Cancel subscription, or change plan.
What happens next
- Plus stays open until the end of the period already paid, then your account goes back to Free. Your tracking and history are kept: everything reopens if you take Plus again.
- During the free trial, cancelling ends the trial with no payment.
- With the 12-month commitment, you commit to 12 monthly payments: cancelling stops the renewal at the end of those 12 months.
A refund
Payment goes through Apple or Google: refunds are requested from them. On iPhone, at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, from your order in Google Play. The Bogeton team can help you with the request: contact support.
