Bogeton AI and your day’s blocks

When you ask about your day, your night or your sport, Bogeton AI shows your numbers in the conversation, exactly as the app calculates them.

On this page
  1. The four blocks
  2. Exact numbers
  3. Logging a photo’s meal
  4. What is read to answer

For a question about your own tracking, Bogeton AI doesn’t stop at a sentence: it shows a block in the conversation, the same one as in the app, and then comments on it.

The four blocks

BlockWhat it shows
Today (your day)What you have left to eat in large type, with the orange bar and your macros (protein, carbs, fat) in grams against your target.
Last nightYour bedtime and wake-up, the duration, and your last 7 nights. The dotted line marks your sleep goal.
Today’s session and SessionsYour planned session (done, to do or rest day), your sessions over the last 7 days and your Outings (running, cycling, walking) with their kilometres.
A photo’s dishAfter a meal photo: the dish it spotted and its estimated kcal, with the Log it button.

For example, ask “Where am I today?”, “How did I sleep?” or “How is my sport going this week?”: the matching block appears with the answer.

Exact numbers

The numbers in a block come straight from your tracking, never from the model’s wording. Bogeton AI comments on what the block shows instead of copying it: you read the same value as in the Nutrition, Sleep or Activity tab.

Logging a photo’s meal

After a meal photo, the dish block offers Log it. It opens Describe my meal with the dish already filled in: adjust the quantities if needed and confirm. See Add a meal.

What is read to answer

The blocks for your day, night and sport use your tracking when Use my data is on (Account › Settings › Bogeton AI section). See Ask Bogeton AI a question.
