Setting up when you start
Username, date of birth, sex and height, then your food profile, nutrition tracking and My kitchen.
Right after you create your account, Bogeton asks a few questions, one per screen. They are used to calculate your benchmarks: energy, sleep, heart.
The information asked
- Your username: it appears on your reviews and shared recipes (3 to 30 characters: letters, numbers, hyphen or underscore).
- Your date of birth and sex: they adjust all your benchmarks. They stay private.
- Your height: it is used for your energy needs and your health calculations.
These three are needed to continue: without them, the calculations wouldn’t be accurate.
Steps you can do later
- Food profile: diet, allergies, what you don’t eat. Every meal idea takes it into account. See Your food profile and My kitchen.
- Nutrition tracking: your goal and pace, so Bogeton can calculate your daily target. See Create your nutrition plan.
- My kitchen: how many of you eat together, your appliances, your time and budget.
Tap Skip to come back later: everything is in Account.
