What is Bogeton?

One app for what you eat, how you move and how you sleep, with a review that ties it all together every Monday.

  3. Free or Plus

Bogeton brings together three kinds of tracking that usually live in three different apps: nutrition, activity and sleep. Everything takes seconds to log, and much of it arrives on its own from your phone, your watch or Apple Health.

What you can do with Bogeton

  • Nutrition: a plan calculated for you, meals logged by photo, barcode or a few words, water and weight.
  • Activity: steps counted automatically, guided strength sessions, running, cycling and walking with GPS, yoga and more than thirty other timed sports.
  • Sleep: nights logged or listened to by your phone, an alarm at your lightest moment, your ideal bedtime for tonight.
  • Recipes: CookinBreak recipes filtered by your food profile, with a step-by-step cooking mode and grocery lists.
  • Bogeton AI: an assistant that knows your day and answers your questions, even from a photo.
  • Qualyy: scan a product at the supermarket and see its score out of 100.

What ties it together: the Monday review

Every Monday, Bogeton cross-checks your week (nights, meals, sessions, steps) and shows you what goes together for you: for example, that you eat more after a short night. It suggests a small experiment for the week and adjusts your targets. See Your weekly review.

Free or Plus

Bogeton is free: the current day in every tab, recipes, Qualyy, one question to Bogeton AI each day and 3 free meals by photo. Bogeton Plus adds your full history, listened nights, the complete review and unlimited Bogeton AI. Details in Free or Plus: what changes.
