For a trip that changes the time, Bogeton prepares your body before departure, goes with you in flight and helps on arrival. Everything is calculated on your phone: it works in airplane mode too.

Before you leave

From Next trip, tap See the departure plan. The plan starts with an estimate: “With no preparation: about 5 days to adjust. By shifting your evenings before: about 2 days.” A small time difference, or the same time as here? The plan says so: nothing to prepare.

The evenings before: choose your pace.

  • Gentle · 30 min: bedtime shifted by 30 minutes each evening.
  • Fast · 1 h: bedtime shifted by an hour.

Each evening shows its time (“40 minutes earlier than usual”), with the light to seek: in the morning to move your clock forward, late in the day to delay it.

Flight day: switch to your destination’s time from take-off, eat and sleep on board by that time, then get outdoors on arrival (in the morning or late in the day depending on the direction). A 20-minute nap at most, then stay up until the evening.

In flight

During the flight, the In flight screen shows:

  • the time there and at home;
  • Sleep through the [city] night or It’s daytime in [city], depending on the time at your destination.

To sleep, tap Start the night: the night starts with a wake-up at your arrival time, then your usual alarm comes back. With a compatible watch, the alarm rings silently on your wrist, and the phone rings as a backup ten minutes later if the watch alarm carries on.

To stay awake: meals at your destination’s time, bed around the planned local time, and a glass of water every 90 minutes (cabin air is very dry).

On arrival

From the country’s page:

Eating there

  • Allergy card: your allergies, noted in your food profile, are written in the country’s language. Show full screen makes it readable for the waiter, even without a network. See Your food profile and At home.
  • Local dishes and all the country’s recipes.
  • At the supermarket: Scan a product with Qualyy for its score and allergens. See Scan a product with Qualyy.

Moving there

  • A loop from the hotel, on foot or running, with Your route in the covered regions. See Your route: create a loop or an itinerary.
  • Room workout: 20 minutes, no equipment, 2 m² is enough. Tap Start the workout.

A gentle effort and meals at local time help your body settle.

When you’re back

Tap Share this trip as an image to send the memory, with your days, nights and meal photos. See My trips and the world map.
