The smart alarm
It rings during light sleep, within a 15 or 30-minute window before your time: a gentler wake-up.
Waking up in deep sleep leaves you groggy. The smart alarm picks the lightest moment at the end of your night.
Set it
- Tap Start the night.
- Under the alarm, choose your time, then the window: 15 min or 30 min (or On time for an exact alarm).
- Bogeton shows, for example: “Wake-up during light sleep, between 6:30 and 7:00”.
It rings at the latest at the time you chose. To stop it, tap Stop the alarm.
With an Apple Watch
Open Bogeton on your watch at bedtime: it wakes you with a vibration on your wrist, silently, and your iPhone rings as a backup two minutes later if needed.
