Night listening
Placed near your pillow, your phone listens to your night: stages, awakenings, snoring and noises, analysed on the phone.
Start listening
- In the evening, in the Sleep tab, tap Start the night (or Night in the home screen’s quick actions).
- Choose your alarm: Smart alarm, an exact time, or No alarm. See The smart alarm.
- Tap Start, then put the phone on charge, next to your pillow.
You can lock the phone: listening continues. In the morning, tap End the night (or stop the alarm): your night is analysed in a few seconds.
What you find in the morning
- Your night’s score, your stages (awake, REM, light, deep) and how long it took you to fall asleep.
- Your awakenings and what caused them: the street, voices, a door, a ringtone…
- Your snoring: minutes per night.
- Heard moments: with Record night sounds (chosen at your first bedtime), talking, snoring and coughing are kept for 7 days on the phone. Long-press one to erase it.
- The evening before: your late dinner or evening workout next to your night.
For a well-read night
- You need at least 2 hours of listening to keep a night.
- Leave Bogeton open or in the background, and avoid closing it from the app switcher.
- An Apple Watch adds your heart rate and more accurate stages. See Bogeton on Apple Watch.
