Travel and jet lag

When you change time zones, Bogeton tells you when to seek light, when to avoid it and when sleep will come.

When your phone changes time zone, Your clock opens in the Sleep tab: day by day, the time your body is living and the percentage already caught up.

Today’s advice

  • Seek light at certain times: outdoors if possible, it shifts your clock in the right direction.
  • Avoid bright light at others: sunglasses or indoors.
  • Sleep will come around…: the first evenings, your body keeps its own time; go to bed at local time and the gap shrinks every night.
  • Meals at local time: eating at local times helps your body clocks follow from day one.

Your past trips are in My trips. Travel nights are set aside when your ideal bedtime is calculated.
