Statistics

In the Sleep tab, tap the chart at the top right. Choose 7 days, 30 days or 3 months:

  • In short: your average duration against your goal, and the nights on goal.
  • Each night: one bar per night; tap it to open it.
  • Your times: from bedtime to wake-up, and how regular they are. Weekdays and weekends: the gap between the two (beyond an hour, Monday feels like a small jet lag).
  • Quality of your nights (listened nights): average score, time to fall asleep, awakenings, deep and REM sleep, snoring.
  • What changes your nights: for example, whether you sleep more after an active day.
