What Bogeton learns about you

Links between your trackers, seen on your own days: late dinner and night-time heart, steps and falling asleep, short night and workout.

  4. Your progress in detail

Bogeton compares your days with each other, never with other people: what changes for you when you eat late, sleep little or walk more. A link only shows up when there are enough days to be reliable, with the number of days compared (“14 days vs 20”).

A few examples of links Bogeton can show you:

  • Late dinner or alcohol in the evening: your night HRV and lowest heart rate.
  • Workout finished late: how long you sleep and your HRV.
  • Days with lots of steps or caffeine in the afternoon: your sleep.
  • Short night: your calories the next day, or a workout that felt harder.
  • Days on your protein target and bedtime shifted: your HRV.

Each link shows its confidence level: Lead (to confirm), Likely, Clear. When nothing changes, Bogeton says so too: “Your nights stay just as long after an evening workout”.

Where to find it

  • Today: a card highlights the signal of the moment, What’s changing or Learned about you.
  • Your heart: what plays on your heart at night. See Your heart at night.
  • Your day: Learned about you shows what Bogeton has learned about your energy use and recovery.
  • Weekly review and Bogeton AI use it too, for advice that points the same way.

What’s changing this week

Bogeton compares your week with your previous 60 days: you sleep more or less, go to bed later or earlier, walk, eat, train or drink more or less than usual. “A week in line with your habits” when nothing stands out.

Your progress in detail

In Trends and Your progress: your training load and your muscles (sets this week, recovery), each exercise (progress, plateau and what goes with it), your sleep regularity and phases, your nutrient averages, protein per meal and your pace against your goal.
