Your body age
Six habits measured by your phone and watch, compared with major health studies: each one adds or removes years.
Body age compares your habits with those of people your age, based on major health studies. Each habit adds or removes years from your real age.

What counts
Six habits, measured by your phone and watch:
- Cardio: your fitness compared with people your age, based on your VO2max estimated by Bogeton from your cardio sessions. See Your VO2max estimated by Bogeton.
- Steps per day.
- Strength training: your minutes per week, in Bogeton or Apple Health.
- Resting heart rate (with a watch, after 10 days of readings).
- Bedtime: how regular it is from one evening to the next.
- Sleep duration.
A habit not yet measured shows as coming soon and doesn’t count. The card also shows your best lever: the habit that would win you the most years.
For it to be accurate
- Your date of birth must be filled in (Account › Your profile).
- Heart and cardio measurements come from a watch connected to Apple Health or Health Connect.
- It appears once 3 of your habits are measured: about 2 weeks.
To hide it: activity settings › what’s shown › Body age.
